Company History

CPS Energy Assessments was established in 2008 by Conor Sexton and specialises in providing sustainable building solutions.

Based in London, we offer a full range of services for both residential and commercial buildings from small individual properties through to highly complex mixed used developments.

We provide a professional, accredited and certified service to a wide range of clients including architects, developers, builders, housing associations & the public sector.

Working alongside the design team, we support the development proposals through the planning stages and on to construction.

We offer a nationwide service through our associates and consultants throughout the UK. We have a successful track record of completing projects across England, Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland.

Conor Sexton 

Conor holds an honours degree in Civil Engineering from University of Dundee. He qualified as a Non-Domestic Level 3 & 4 EPC Assessor in 2008 at the inception of the Non-Domestic EPC legislation. Since then Conor has continued to add to his knowledge and qualifications and is now a Level 5 EPC Assessor as well as a Domestic on Construction Energy Assessor and a CIBSE Heat Networks Consultant. He spent seven years working with the Thameswey Group who are owned by Woking Borough Council.
